A team of customer success managers at CDK Global relied on their manager to manually pull reports from multiple CRM systems every day. The data was scattered across different platforms, the process was time-consuming, and by the time reports reached leadership, the information was already outdated. The team needed accountability around key metrics and KPIs, but the friction of gathering the data meant the focus stayed on reporting instead of results.

I designed and built an automated dashboard that pulls data from multiple CRM systems via APIs, running in the background so the information is always current:
- API Integration — Connected to multiple CRM data sources using their APIs, automatically collecting and unifying the data into a single dashboard
- Key Metrics at a Glance — Designed the dashboard to surface the KPIs that matter most, so managers and team members can see performance without digging through reports
- AI-Assisted Development — Used AI to research API documentation and generate the connection code, accelerating development and ensuring accuracy across multiple integrations
- Automated Refresh — Data updates in the background on schedule, eliminating the need for manual report pulls
