About

Hi, I'm

I started Bryant Technology Partners because I spent 20+ years watching small and mid-sized businesses lose hours every week to problems that didn't need to exist. I knew I could do something about it, so I decided to do something. Now I build tools that fix them.

Background

How I got here

I'm William Bryant. I run Bryant Technology Partners, LLC out of Spartanburg, South Carolina.

I spent the first decade of my career inside car dealerships. Internet sales, BDC, F&I, sales management. I know what it feels like when the phones won't stop ringing, the printer is jammed, payroll is Friday, and someone just walked off the lot because nobody called them back.

Then I spent the next decade and a half at CDK Global, the software company most car dealerships in America run on. I started as a National Trainer rolling out CRM software to hundreds of dealerships, moved into solutions architecture, led the business performance consulting team for the largest dealer group in the country, and now manage a team of customer success managers responsible for a significant portfolio of dealer accounts.

Along the way I taught myself to build things. Servers, networks, automation pipelines, AI workflows. What started as a homelab in my house turned into a real skillset for solving real business problems with code instead of headcount. Some to solve my own problems, and some to solve other people's.

Bryant AI is what happens when 20 years of operating in real businesses meets the current generation of AI tools. I'm not selling you on AI. I'm selling you on getting your time back.

Approach

How we work

These aren't aspirations. They're the rules every project is held to.

Plain language, always

If we can't explain what we're building and why in language you'd use at a kitchen table, we don't understand it well enough yet. No buzzwords, no jargon, no smoke.

Honest about what works

Sometimes AI is the right tool. Sometimes a better spreadsheet is the right tool. Sometimes the answer is hiring a part-time person. We'll tell you which one fits before we quote the project.

You own what we build

Flat fee, clean handoff, no lock-in. When the project is done, the code, the workflows, and the systems are yours. If you want us around for support, great. If not, also great.

Tools & approach

What I build with

We pick tools based on what fits the job, not what's trending. These are the ones we reach for most often.

n8n

Workflow automation that connects everything you already use.

Claude, OpenAI & local models

The AI engines themselves, picked based on the task and your data sensitivity.

Twilio, Vapi & Retell

Phone, SMS, and voice automation.

Self-hosted infrastructure

When your data shouldn't leave your control, we can run things on hardware you own.

Whatever you already have

We work with your existing CRM, accounting software, calendar, and email. We're not here to sell you new software.

FAQ

Common questions

About the business

Are you a one-person shop or an agency?
One person, by design. Bryant AI is the trade name for Bryant Technology Partners, LLC, a South Carolina LLC that I own and operate. When you email, I answer. When the project ships, I shipped it.
Why should I trust an AI consultant who's a startup?
Fair question. Bryant AI is new. William isn't. 20+ years operating in real businesses, a decade of that running technical implementations for hundreds of dealerships at CDK Global. The brand is a startup. The experience underneath it isn't.
Where are you based and who do you serve?
Spartanburg, South Carolina. I work with clients anywhere in the US, almost entirely remote. If you're local to the Upstate and want to grab coffee, even better.
Can I see what you've built?
Yes, check the case studies page. It's a short list because I'm a startup. Every project there solved a real problem for a real business.

About the work

How much does a project cost?
Flat fee, quoted up front, based on the specific scope of work. Most small business projects fall somewhere between a few thousand dollars and the mid five figures, depending on complexity. The free 30-minute audit gives me enough to give you a real ballpark before either of us commits to anything.
How long does a project take?
Most projects run somewhere between two weeks and two months from kickoff to handover. Faster than that usually means the scope is small enough to be done in a few sessions. Longer than that usually means we should break it into phases so you start seeing value sooner.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes, happy to. For most projects it's not strictly necessary, but I understand why business owners want one in place before sharing details. Send yours over or use mine.
What happens to my data?
It stays yours. I don't train AI models on your data, I don't sell or share it, and I use the minimum third-party services needed to get the job done. For sensitive use cases I can build with self-hosted models that never send your data to a cloud AI service at all. We'll talk through this on the first call.
What if I'm not sure AI is even right for my problem?
That's exactly the kind of conversation the free audit is built for. I'd rather tell you "this isn't worth automating" than sell you a project you don't need. I get more referrals from honest "no" answers than I ever would from forced "yes" ones.

Want to see if I can help?

Book a free 30-minute audit. I'll ask about your business, you'll ask me anything, and at the end we'll both know whether it makes sense to work together. No pitch, no pressure, no obligation.
